FOR THE LOVE OF BATWIDTH

FOR THE LOVE OF BANDWIDTH

[entry: jimlee]

Whew...took 20 minutes but moved over the most recent stuff and redirected the flickr connections. Welcome...this is running 3000% better for us at least. Let me know how it runs on yer guy's end...

+++++FROM THE OLD SITE AT+++++ www.gelatometti.blogspot.com

So ends the first volume of Gelatometti. It's been running slower and slower for us, both in posting and in commenting and I suspect it is a function of all the heavy images we have loaded on the site.

So to alleviate congestion--I have started Sun of Gelatometti found here at this link: www.gelatometti2.blogspot.com. I will redirect www.jimlee.net to that new site and leave this post as the last of the old site for those who learn of the migration in the days to come. Hopefully it will run much smoother and for those of you who have registered--well, there's no need to redo it as it is just another free blogger site.

Bookmark it now! This site will remain standing of course as a source of information and of course, will be fair game for the infamous monthly Gelatometti challenges where we give away wonderful prizes.

Cya on the other side.

Y'know... commentin' did take a while and I thought it was just my connection. Now I know it was 'cause o' the blogger!

Gotta say, though, leavin' comments just became exponentially faster w/ these nifty new JavaScript windows in this AND the old site.

Peace...

It's running alot more smoother

It's running much quicker. The comments sections are still substantially slower than on other comparable sites for some reason, but even those are better now, which is a plus, obviously. Let's just keep this party rolling....

Jim,

Thanks for sharing!!!

Hey, what's up with those crappy inking pages that kept sneaking in in the last few Superman books. It's really annoying and it disrupts the story big time. Those pages don't even look like your drawings. (especially Superman 214)

Well, it's just funny that you've emphasized on the importance of inkers, but looks like some amateurs got to ink your pages.

I think most people don't like several pencilers or inkers working on the same book.

Keep up the great work!!
Mike
