Super Grifter

[Eddy]

Jim got a chance to do a few sketches after signing all day for a LONG line of fans at SuperCon. I remember that line just never ending too. As soon as the line started dwindling down, more people would just hop in and keep it going. The average wait was about an hour, but it felt like it was all over in no time.

He was already a minute into this Grifter sketch before I remembered my camera could take videos and it was another two minutes before I discovered the zoom feature too. Michael Bay here I come!

awesome video.

Yeah I was there at Supercon [I was the one who got the batman sketch earlier because I had to go to prom]. That line was a monster, but from everyone who attend the convention, "thanks for coming to the bay area to do a quick signing".

Thanks again for letting me through Mr. Choi and I hope to see both of you at San diego.

hey eddie, thanks for posting this. i haven't found a scanner yet (as mentioned, i'm only working down here for the summer). once i get back home in the fall, i'll send you a high-res scan of the grifter sketch.

do you know whether a sketchbook will be available for sdcc? i'm trying to find a place to stay at the moment, but hotels around san diego are expensive! if you have any tips, let me know! thanks.
