Where art thou, Jimeo?

Where art thou, Jimeo? Originally uploaded by Gelatomettista.

[jimlee] OK been INSANELY busy trying to get Wildcats and Batman work done...unfortunately I'm behind on both but look to be more caught up by year's end. I love drawing and never want to stop so please bear with me. Been a very stressful summer for me but things seem more on track now...

I have so many pictures and sketches I have to put on this blog too...from this year's SDCC and an awesome store signing in Missoula, Montana to the recent Toronto Comics Expo. To tide you over to these reports, I threw together a quick MySpace page to run more offbeat, personal items and images. Check it! www.myspace.com/jimlee00

Myspace has sucked the soul out of me and replaced it with 18yr old girls. Not sure if I am complaining or not.

Hi Jim! glad to see you back here! and as a big fan (massive!) ive become impatient waiting for your comics to hit stands, but now when i think of it im going to be holding two different jim lee comics in my hand shortly (hopefully atleast one a month) and that is enough to keep waiting.

Are we allowed to be added to your friend list on my space?

The fans will wait as long as it takes , looking forward to some new artwork of yours . but first I have to make a myspace profile to look at your pics !!!
Hope to see you in Lucca this november if I can make it there .

Hey Jim,
hope things are settling down for ya and that you are keeping well.
Be good to setup an interview for Fractal Matter (formerly Millarworld) about Wildcats and all things Jim Lee as a follow up to the one Bryan Hitch did a while back. Drop me a mail if interested russellsheath@yahoo.co.uk

Either way, I'm loving all the Jim Lee magic coming up, you are an inspiration to all Jim. R

Part of me almost wishes ASBAR would be put on hiatus (and then quietly forgotten about and never returned to) so the new Wildcats would come out more timely, after the former book ended up such a disappointment (as well as becoming infamous on "When Fangirls Attack" for being fairly misogynistic) story-wise.

Awesome Batman, you're truly one of the greats, Mr. Lee. I have a myspace but never really do anything with it, probably should use it to promo my art, and be Jim Lee's buddy, haha.

The Picture is great, I love it! Why the majority of comments are about your Myspace page. . . I don't know. I think the drawing is far more important.
Glad things are calming down a bit and I can't wait to see the new work, but I will. I will diligently wait to see what wonderful art you come up with next.
