It's so sad. I wasn't even a huge fan of Mr. Ledger, but he was a very good actor. I don't know the guy personally, but my heart hurt and hasn't felt right since I found out the news. Indeed R.I.P Best to all of those he has survived.
just sad! not much more that one can say than Rest in Peace!my condulescence to his family and friends
This is very sad, I also felt heartbroken when I heard of the news. Rest in peace Heath.
I remember when Jim was doing this piece for his Birthday (Heath Ledger). We were all so excited. He had just started working on the movie.I really thought what I had seen so far of the Joker for the movie looked really cool...so this was sad news for sure.rip.ricH.
I like the drawing Jim.
jim i always liked your work. i'm sorry for Heath. God rest his soul.
Too soon, too soon.RIP-- Jonathan
I don't what It will be like when I'll finally get to see him as the Joker in the movie, knowing he's no longer here among us. Sad, so sad news.
Why so early? I'm not a huge fan of him, but, I'm just beginning to be one... Rest in peace Heath..
Rest in peace heath, you will live on threw your work and those forever in our hearts and memories.
just a shame. way too young and talented.
Beautiful birthday gift. I really like the limited use of color...Sad to see him go.
yup, damn shame
...and the media still won't friggin' leave him alone. At least his last completed movie role allows him to have the last laugh.
I have to say that no one draws the Joker like Jim Lee. I think his take on the character is right on the money. And it is a shame about Heath. We can only hope that he is at peace now.
amazing pic jim. i wonder how killing one's smile could be
