I can't wait for the new issue to come out. I've been a little dissappointed with the development of the story, but I plan to stick with it. How can you lose with my absolute favorite artist, Jim Lee, and such a great writer as Frank Miller.
ReplyDeleteFrank Miller has always been hit and miss with me since Dark Knight but I'll stick it out as long as Jim Lee keeps producing. I won't say anything about Wildc.a.t.s. because I'm sure Jim hears enough but I will say I want more Robin in the Batman and Robin books, I thought this was suppose to be more about Robin and the relationship between Batman and Robin.
ReplyDeleteWell, I love Jim Lee´s work, but I have to say one thing bout this issue. I didn´t like batman´s angle on this page. Something about his right arm bothers me. Sorry, but I needed to be honest.
ReplyDeleteUmmm ... the colors are good. Batman's arm looks totally bloated and out of proportion.
ReplyDeleteThe right arm is fine; as an artist it's not always easy to get everything right on or even pleasing to everyone and I think jim has been pretty successful doin both.
ReplyDeleteEspecially since the fact that it proabably is realistic anatomy, to be honest I like to see more off base things like that, it lends a certain energy, for me.
