I think this one is a bit more dynamic in composition, a bit more flow in design. Good shading and line weight (Yah, I look at line weight...)Ryan for the win.

This was a tough decision but ultimately I'm going with Ryan's because of the composition, shading the eye catching color of Mikey's mask. You can really tell he's about to whip around and crack some Foot ninja upside the head.
