That's Batgirl in the first panel followed by Black Canary unwinding after a fun night out with the guys. The next bi-monthly issue of ALL STAR BATMAN AND ROBIN #10 ships Wednesday, July 16th--that's the Wednesday right before the San Diego Comic-Con.
