WorldStorm Starts Now!

[Eddy]

I think "WorldStorm" is a great name and it's just a hint at all the cool things going on in the WildStorm Universe now, so to help celebrate, I thought it'd be fun to see where everyone's from on this map.

And if I can get it to work, I'll update it with all the places the WorldStorm's gonna hit too. It'll be like following the path of a Storm. Hmm...I wonder if they have a map of our solar system too?

WETWORKS also hit stores the other day and to echo Rich's comments, it's fun, detailed and crazy stuff. I still remember reading their first adventure in WildC.A.T.S #2 and later being disapointed when Whilce left the title around WETWORKS #13, but now he's back and you can even read Portacio's "rant" on his new blog. He's already posted his thoughts on the first issue, the colorist and his all-time favorite Wetworks character.

My favorite was Grail. That blue glow always made me think of him as a human lightsaber. *Zzhhhnn, zhnn*

I've got only polish edition of WildC.A.T.s, maybe some pages wern't published (but it would be strange in 1997), maybe you wrote about WildC.A.T.s #2, but in different series, or I was reading it too long ago, but I don't remember there were WetWorks. Could you put on blog any page of this issue? I will be were thankfull.

Oh, it was back-up story? I found kind of this information in accident.

No Johnny if you're refering to Wetworks. It was an original Wildstorm and Image title. Whilce Portacio was the penciler (and also is on the new launch)

Whilce is famous for books like The Punisher, he and Jim did The Uncanny X-Men, X-Factor, and Whilce has worked on several books since then. He was an original Homage studios founder with Jim and Scott Williams.

The original Wetworks got sidelined when Whilce had a family emergency and wasn't able to work for almost a year...he got a lot of flack for it and has always been a gentleman about it. He's never made excuses and got on the pity pedestal with fans.

The book looks sharp and I personally can't wait for people to see issue 2 when I get a hold of the art and do my thing with the inks.

ricH.

I know all of that. But I thought that Wetworks appear at WildCATs #2 in story "Revelations", but I was searching for other informations about Whilce, because I wanted to put some news on polter.pl (which I did) and I found that it was back up story in WildCATs #2 which Whilce co-wroted and penciled, but anyway thank you for answear and sorry for my english if you couldn't understant me.

I hope that is not forbidden nor unwanted to post an idea for DC MMO here, but it is my hope you approach the issue of MMO with clarity and wit. Please permit players to create their own characters and that there aren't set storylines that everyone must undergo.

In every area, DC MMO can prove superior to the only presently existing superhero genre MMO without resemblance and with superior differentiation. The wealth of existing DC RPG and DC creative resource ensure this.

Fors Fortuna!
